Rachel has a gift for bringing out intense emotion through her photographs. I reviewed countless photographer websites and social media channels, and there were so many beautiful images but I've heard horror stories about photographers delivering such disappointing images after having beautiful galleries on their websites. I never once worried about that with Rachel - every single image she has ever captured is absolutely stunning, radiating with emotion you can feel between the couple. The images Rachel delivered from our wedding were even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I am so grateful we found her to capture our day - there is truly no one I would trust more. Aside from the insanely perfect images, Rachel also made the wedding day so DANG easy and so fun. My whole family and wedding party was raving about how fantastic she was to work with. She never let me pick the (many) leaves out of my dress myself, always did it for me, and generally just went above and beyond the responsibilities of a photographer. We hired her for our mountain/hiking elopement and she made it all a dream come true. From the moment we hired her, she helped research locations and helped us settle on the perfect place for my husband and I to share our vows. She was always very responsive and gladly answered all the questions I had throughout the planning process. You can tell she deeply cares about her couples and wants them to have the most amazing experience from start to finish. When the day finally came, we all laced up our hiking boots and started on our adventure. It felt so natural having her be a part of our elopement day. If you are at all worried/feel awkward in front of the camera Rachel does an amazing job of making you feel extremely comfortable and will make it all feel natural and not overly posed. She will be there through every step and will make sure everything is exactly how you always imagined by going above and beyond. We wanted a photographer that captured our love and unique relationship and Rachel did that plus more! She is professional but so friendly that you feel immediately comfortable posing with your partner in front of the camera! We had Rachel capture our engagement photos and were nervous to have intimate shots taken for the first time. She instantly made us feel at ease and guided us through the whole process. Because of that, we knew we MUST have her photograph our wedding day too! She did her research prior to all of our photo shoots to find the best views, timing of sunlight, and different focus points.
