We hired her for our mountain/hiking elopement and she made it all a dream come true. From the moment we hired her, she helped research locations and helped us settle on the perfect place for my husband and I to share our vows. She was always very responsive and gladly answered all the questions I had throughout the planning process. You can tell she deeply cares about her couples and wants them to have the most amazing experience from start to finish. When the day finally came, we all laced up our hiking boots and started on our adventure. It felt so natural having her be a part of our elopement day. If you are at all worried/feel awkward in front of the camera Rachel does an amazing job of making you feel extremely comfortable and will make it all feel natural and not overly posed. She will be there through every step and will make sure everything is exactly how you always imagined by going above and beyond. I know no one else could have delivered the absolutely beautiful photos that she did and we will forever be grateful for her!

When it comes to the most important day of your life, it can be intimidating and scary choosing and putting your trust in a photographer. You want to make sure they will not only take beautiful pictures but will also be able to completely capture the essence of you who two are as a couple and the overall vibe of the day. Rachel not only understood the assignment- she blew it out of the water! The pictures were absolutely stunning (and I mean breathtakingly STUNNING); I looked like the most beautiful version of myself which was something so important to me. I was absolutely floored with how perfectly she was able to emulate the atmosphere, spirit, and love my husband and I shared that day. I mean, you can almost feel the energy through her pictures. A pretty picture is definitely important, but one that allows you to be taken back to the day and the emotions that you felt in that moment is pure magic. I truly, truly could not be happier with the pictures, the whole experience, and Rachel herself. I felt no stress on the day of and completely trusted that Rachel would provide me with what I wanted- she pulled it off flawlessly and exceeded my expectations. I feel BEYOND blessed to know her and call her a friend. I highly recommend her as your photographer, I would book her over and over again a million times. She has a gift for bringing out intense emotion through her photographs. I reviewed countless photographer websites and social media channels, and there were so many beautiful images, but I've heard horror stories about photographers delivering such disappointing images after having beautiful galleries on their websites. I never once worried about that with Rachel - every single image she has ever captured is absolutely stunning, radiating with emotion you can feel between the couple. The images Rachel delivered from our wedding were even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I am so grateful we found her to capture our day - there is truly no one I would trust more. Aside from the insanely perfect images, Rachel also made the wedding day so DANG easy and so fun. My whole family and wedding party was raving about how fantastic she was to work with. We wanted a photographer that captured our love and unique relationship and Rachel did that, plus more! She is professional, but so friendly that you feel immediately comfortable posing with your partner in front of the camera! We had Rachel capture our engagement photos and were nervous to have intimate shots taken for the first time. She instantly made us feel at ease and guided us through the whole process. Because of that, we knew we MUST have her photograph our wedding day too! She did her research prior to all of our photo shoots to find the best views, timing of sunlight, and different focus points. She makes it an art and a science and we are over the moon with our plethora of photos taken from many different locations! Rachel’s passion for her work shows and she is dedicated to making sure your special love is captured perfectly! We get to cherish all these photos for years to come and show our kids one day the beautiful small wedding we had in Kauai! Rachel is amazing, talented, sweet, responsive, and goes above and beyond!
