I typically recommend booking about 12 months in advance to ensure your date is secured, but couples have booked as close as 4 months out! Once you inquire, I’ll let you know right away if I’m available. Yes! Engagement sessions are included in my top-tier traditional wedding packages, and I always recommend adding one if your package doesn’t include it—it’s the perfect way for us to connect before the big day! If you aren’t ready to book your wedding photographer yet but still want beautiful engagement photos, I also offer standalone sessions.

Absolutely! Feeling a little awkward in front of the camera is totally normal, but I promise you don’t have to worry. My approach is all about creating a fun, comfortable experience where you can just be yourselves. I’ll guide you with natural prompts and poses that feel effortless—no stiff or forced smiles here! By the end of our time together, you’ll forget the camera is even there and just enjoy the moment.

Both your sneak peeks and full gallery will be delivered through a password-protected online gallery that you can easily share with friends and family. You’ll be able to download high-resolution images for printing or web-quality files for sharing on social media. One of my favorite features? You can order stunning, high-quality prints and products straight from your gallery—perfect for displaying in your home or gifting to loved ones! Of course, you’re welcome to print anywhere, but I always recommend using the gallery’s professional lab for the most true-to-color, long-lasting prints.

Gallery turn-around times can differ for a number of reasons, but my average delivery time for a finished gallery is between 10 to 12 weeks! During this time I’m curating the gallery from thousands of photos to the very best, the ones that tell a story, and take you right back to the most important day of your life. I hand edit every single photo in your gallery to make sure the finished product that you receive is cohesive, beautiful, and authentic to you. I know it can be hard to wait for photos that you are so excited to see, which is why I make sure to send you a handful of sneak peeks within one week of your wedding day!

To make it as simple as possible I do a 50|50 payment structure for all packages! 50% of the invoice is due upon booking, and the other 50% is due 4 weeks before your wedding day. For your convenience it’s all online and can be paid with a credit/debit card or bank transfer that applies directly to your invoice. If you decide to upgrade your package between when you book and your wedding date, the upgraded price will be added to the final balance that’s due 4 weeks before your day. 

The amount of coverage you need depends on your vision for the day and which package best fits your plans! Each package offers different coverage options, but most couples choose the 10-hour package to ensure I’m there for the majority—if not all—of their wedding day. This package also includes an engagement session, giving us the perfect chance to connect before the big day!
