After you inquire, I’ll send over all the details, including pricing guides, and 2-3 galleries so you know exactly what to expect! Once you’ve looked through everything, you can schedule a call with me through the link in that email. This is where we get to know each other and start this journey!

Next, you’ll receive the contract and invoice for your chosen package! I know, it’s not the most exciting part, but it’s essential to keep everything clear and protected during the wedding planning process. I make it as easy as possible by handling everything online! Which means no printing, signing, or mailing required. Simple, seamless, and stress-free for you!

After you book/sign the paperwork to make things official, I will send over a complete wedding guide with hundreds of tips and tricks for your day, as well as some of my most FAVORITE and trusted vendors that will take great care of you on your wedding day. If you need anything throughout the planning process I am always here! I am a resource for you in whatever you need.

*Please note* I do require you have, at least, a day-of coordinator for me to photograph your wedding! 

If you choose a package that includes an engagement session, or add on an engagement session, my wedding guide includes location guides filled with breathtaking spots to choose from, plus an outfit styling guide to help you coordinate the perfect look. Once you’ve picked your date, we’ll choose a location and meet up for a fun, laid-back session, and getting to know each other while celebrating your upcoming marriage!

As your wedding day approaches, I’ll send a detailed questionnaire to fine-tune your timeline, and any extra details to help me capture your day perfectly. This helps me capture what matters most to you! Whether it’s special moments, family dynamics, or travel logistics. Let’s make sure everything flows smoothly!

With every detail perfectly in place, I’ll be by your side! I’ll capture the tears during heartfelt vows, the joy of your first kiss as newlyweds, the cheers during your grand entrance, and the magic of your first dance. From the big moments to the little in-betweens, I’ll be there to document it all!

Within a week of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery. This is perfect for reliving the magic and sharing with loved ones. Feel free to download, post, print, and cherish these first glimpses of your day!

 Delivering the Final Gallery

Within 10-12 weeks, your final wedding gallery will arrive in your inbox, ready to be shared, downloaded, printed, and cherished forever. Your photos will be in the same gallery space as your sneak peek for easy access.
*Note: If you want to discuss heirloom album options I am happy to create a lasting heirloom that can be passed down for generations!*
